On entering this stylish and tastefully decorated property, you will find the main lounge and dining area to your left – complete with a comfortable leather sofa and chair, and six-seater dining table. There is a large bay window and double door access to the rear courtyard, ensuring this is a light and welcoming space. Further into the corridor there is a compact W/C set under the stairs and access to a spacious and fully-equipped kitchen/diner.
A flight of stairs from the hallway leads up to the first landing where you will find the first double bedroom. A further flight of three steps leads you onto the master bedroom with king size double bed and front twin room. At the end of the landing you will find a large bathroom with a shower over bath and an electric Velux roof window.

When holidaying at The Weymouth House, please remember you are staying in a local neighbourhood.
We request that quiet hours are respected, 23:00 – 08:00.
- No additional guest permitted.
- Parties or events are not permitted.
- Hen and stag groups not permitted.
- 2 well behaved dog’s welcome, additional charge of £15 per dog. Dog’s are not permitted to use the carpeted areas/bedrooms. Any accidents or damage incurred will require repair charges to be met by the booking party.
- No smoking.
Bed linens are provided for each guest bed. Towels provided, one per guest. Please ensure towels remain in the property and are not used for beach activities.
Before you leave
Please dispose of all waste in the outside waste bins.
Turn off electrical items and heating.
Log out of any personal accounts on the Smart TV.
Check storage areas to ensure you have all of your personal belongings.
Return keys to the lock box.
